About the Role

CoreReach is growing fast, and we need a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate that momentum. You will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive qualified leads to CoreReach — from paid acquisition and SEO to content marketing and partnerships.

This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to experiment, the budget to scale what works, and direct visibility into how your efforts translate to revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and content
  • Own SEO strategy including keyword research, content planning, and technical optimization
  • Create and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences that convert
  • Analyze campaign performance and allocate budget toward highest-ROI channels
  • Build and manage our content calendar, working with freelance writers and internal subject matter experts
  • Develop partnership and co-marketing opportunities with complementary SaaS products and industry associations
  • Report on marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid and organic channels
  • Strong analytical skills — you are comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for different audiences and channels
  • Self-starter mindset — you do not wait for permission to test a new idea

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to small and medium businesses (SMBs)
  • Background in the AI, telephony, or business services space
  • Experience with affiliate or referral marketing programs
  • Familiarity with video marketing and webinar production
