About the Role

CoreReach helps service businesses answer every call with AI — but the real magic happens when customers see results. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from initial setup through long-term success.

You will work closely with business owners across industries like healthcare, legal, home services, and more, helping them configure their AI voice agent, optimize call handling, and grow their business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Guide new customers through voice agent setup, ensuring their AI assistant accurately represents their business
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and intervene before issues become churn risks
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities for deeper adoption
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities
  • Build scalable onboarding resources, playbooks, and training materials
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer needs

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts at various lifecycle stages
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in small business operations and helping owners succeed
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the AI, telephony, or communications technology space
  • Background working with service businesses (healthcare, legal, home services)
  • Experience building customer success processes from scratch
  • Familiarity with call analytics or voice AI products
